The initial findings of the project ‘Drug Research and Access to Medicines: Emerging Issues, Challenges and Strategies’ were presented during the second Advisory Committee Meeting.
The Advisory Committee deliberated on the study looking at access to medicine for which trial had been conducted in India between 2005 and 2010 and on compensation mechanisms for clinical trial-related injury including death in Brazil, Canada, Germany, India, Russia, South Africa and United Kingdom.
